Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Agentic Bond LLC (“hoodtype.sh”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), which operates the hoodtype.sh website and service. By accessing or using hoodtype.sh, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

hoodtype.sh is an entertainment tool that turns broker portfolio screenshots into Robinhood-style visual mockups. It is provided for entertainment purposes only.

hoodtype.sh is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing it produces should be relied on for any financial decision. hoodtype.sh is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any broker. The numbers, charts, and other content shown are derived from screenshots you upload and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

You retain ownership of the screenshots you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service — including running it through our optical-character-recognition and vision pipeline and storing the resulting mockup.

We do not use your uploads to train artificial-intelligence models. You represent and warrant that the content you upload is your own (for example, a screenshot of your own brokerage account) and that you have the right to upload it.

You may use limited features anonymously. To unlock additional features you can create an account by signing in with a one-time “magic link” sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and email inbox and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features are available through one-time purchases and/or subscription plans. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change with notice.

Because purchased features (such as screenshot verification or share-card removal) are delivered digitally and applied immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion. Any subscription renews automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and will keep access through the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• upload screenshots or other content belonging to someone else without their permission;
• use the service to create misleading financial content for fraud, market manipulation, or to deceive others;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or its pipeline;
• perform automated or bulk uploads without our prior written permission; or
• use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We may remove content and suspend or restrict access that violates this section.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, or legal or compliance reasons. You may delete your individual posts and your entire account at any time from the Account page. On termination, your processed mockups are deleted and any active subscription is cancelled.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including User content warranties, Disclaimers and limitation of liability, and Governing law — will survive.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any figures extracted from your screenshots are accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Bond LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, where Agentic Bond LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of New Mexico will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify registered users. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
